Chiedu Osakwe, Director of the Accessions Division at the World Trade Organization, will discuss Russia's accession to the WTO. Mr. Osakwe headed the WTO Secretariat Team that coordinated and managed the accession negotiations of the Russian Federation in its last three years and prepared the Accession Package for adoption by WTO Ministers at the Eighth WTO Ministerial Conference on 16 December 2011.
