The Present and Future of the European Court of Human Rights WCL is honored to welcome President Luzius Wildhaber of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) to speak on "The Present and Future of the European Court of Human Rights." President Wildhaber has been a judge of the ECHR since 1991, and assumed the position of judge and president on November 1, 1998.
